The Ticket to Success in Business and in Life: Finding and Embracing Your “Something”

Each of us is wired in such a way that we’re the very best at something. More often than not, this something is typically also one of our greatest passions. I believe that one of the keys to happiness in work and in life is finding your something, embracing it and spending your time doing it.

This is exactly why I launched Brightwork. Not only did I want to create a company that focused on the the things that my employees and I are good at and are passionate about, but I wanted Brightwork to help other businesses thrive, by taking distractions off of their plate. Distractions like finance, operations, human resources and recruiting – the often humdrum facets of “work” that drive us and excite us.

Most company owners are naturally passionate about their business. But, to be a business owner also means that there will be countless administrative headaches that will undoubtedly distract you from your mission. Enter Brightwork. We are not only the best at HR, accounting, recruiting and developing process flows, but we geek out over all of it. We hustle for our clients so that they can spend their time focusing on what they love to do.

At Brightwork, we thrive off of helping our clients succeed. We love to ideate and execute strategic solutions, streamline processes to create efficiencies and find a great culture-fit candidate for a company of high performers. We are known for our excellent customer service, innovative solutions, proactive approach and high client retention rate. There’s no hiding that we wear our two most important values on our sleeves: Integrity and Relationships. We believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and value relationships as the most important currency of our business.

We are excited to invite you into the world of Brightwork and hope that business owners, candidates and professionals will find our “News” articles to be beneficial to the somethingthat makes them tick. Welcome to Brightwork.
